Damages and Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Conditions for Return and Exchange or Return and Refunds

  • Defective Items : If the item you received is defective or damaged.
  • Incorrect Orders : If you received the wrong items.
  • Incorrect Charges : If you were charged incorrectly for your purchase.

 

How to start a Return and Exchange or Return and Refunds

  • Contact us at shop.5.am@gmail.com or DM us via Instagram.
  • If your request is accepted, we'll provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back to us without requesting first will not be accepted.

 

Return Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it : brand new, unworn, unused, unwashed, no smell of deodorant or perfume, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

 

Exchange or Refunds

  • We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange/refund was approved or not.
  • If your request is approved for exchange, we will notify you and ship out your item as soon as possible.
  • If your request is approved for refunds, we will notify you, and you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at shop.5am.apparel@gmail.com.
